Right at the entrance, you are greeted by a large 400 m² terrace featuring a beautiful, air-conditioned (heats and cools upon request), year-round heated swimming pool of 50 m² and sun loungers for 12 people.

From the terrace overlooking the pool, you can enjoy a unique view of the sea, the beach, and Velebit.

In the decorated basement, there is a sauna for 6 to 8 adults, a hot tub for up to 6 adults, a massage room, and a wine cellar featuring some of the most famous Croatian and Spanish wineries.

The ground floor of the building comprises a kitchen, a living room (80 m²) with a fireplace, a bedroom, and a guest toilet.

On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms ranging from 30 to 40 m². Each room offers a direct view of the sea. Every room is equipped with an en-suite bathroom, toilet, TV, internet, and Wi-Fi.

On the flat roof of the building, there is a 100 m² terrace with movable sun umbrellas. The terrace features an outdoor hot tub for up to 6 adults, as well as sanitary facilities (shower and toilet).

A special advantage of this level is the bar with a coffee machine and a large selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

The total capacity of the entire facility is 10 adults and up to 3 children, with the possibility of adding extra beds for additional children if needed.

Within the building, there is a 500 m² parking lot, providing space for up to 12 vehicles.
