The centerpiece is the 50 m² infinity pool, which is kept at the perfect temperature all year round (fully climate-controlled for heating and cooling). Enjoy the Dalmatian sun on our designer loungers for up to 12 people, while your gaze drifts across the Adriatic Sea all the way to the majestic Velebit Mountains.
Wellness & Indulgence in the Basement
Immerse yourself in your private spa oasis. In the tastefully designed lower level, you will find:
• A spacious sauna (6–8 people) and a jacuzzi for up to 6 adults.
• An exclusive massage room for your private downtime.

The first floor is dedicated entirely to privacy. Here you will find four exclusive master suites (30 to 40 m²). Each room features:
