Is Villa Anto open for visits only seasonally or throughout the year?
Our facility is open throughout the year.
Swimming in our outdoor pool takes place without any problems throughout the year (thanks to the heating/cooling of the water using a thermal pump).
Massages are also offered throughout the year.
How far is the nearest airport from Villa Anto?
The nearest airport is the port of Zadar (ZAD) in Zemunik, and it is only 15 km from our facility. Lufthansa, Croatia Airlines, Ryanair, Eurowings, easyJet and others fly to Zadar Airport.
The next airport is Split, 130 km from the property and connected to the highway.
Exit from the highway from the direction of Split is "Zadar 1", and from the direction of Zagreb - "Novigrad"
Do you offer transportation from ZADAR Airport - Zemunik to the facility?
If necessary, we can organize the reception and shipping of guests to Zadar Airport.
Is it possible to rent a car?
At Zadar Airport (ZAD), rent-a-car rental is possible from all well-known companies: Six, Hertz, Avis, Alamo, etc.
Can the facility be rented for celebrations, weddings, birthdays, congresses, meetings or for example for recording music videos, commercials, etc.?
Yes, you can rent our facility for all kinds of events and celebrations.
What are the rules in case of damage to the building or inventory?
Guests who come can take out insurance with us if they don't have it (liability insurance).
After making the reservation, it is necessary to pay a deposit for the facility for security against damage and vandalism. After the end of your stay, the deposit will be returned to you - paid to your attached bank account.
Is smoking allowed in the facility?
According to the Act on restricting the use of tobacco products, smoking is not allowed in the facility. For this purpose, use the balcony, ashtrays are available.
Smoking is allowed on the terrace and in the open space within our facility.
Are pets allowed in the facility?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the facility.
