The Dalmatian villa with a modern design, known as Villa Anto, is an extraordinary place for rest and enjoyment. Located on an area of approximately 2000 square meters and only twenty meters away from the beautiful Pridraga-Cuskijas beach, this villa offers its guests an incredible experience.
About Villa Anto
The building spans 4 levels and covers 800 m², situated on a 2000 m² plot of land.
The total capacity of the entire facility is 10 adults and up to 3 children, with the option to set up additional beds for children if needed.
Right at the entrance, you are greeted by a large terrace of 400 square meters featuring a beautiful pool of 50 square meters. The pool and sun loungers for 12 people provide the opportunity to enjoy it year-round, thanks to the heating and cooling system using a heat pump.
From the terrace that extends over the pool, you will have a spectacular view of the sea, the beach, and the Velebit mountain range. Guests have the privilege of enjoying stunning sunsets from several tables and relaxing spots.
The ground floor of the building consists of a kitchen, a living room (80 m²) with a fireplace, a bedroom, and a guest toilet.
On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms ranging from 30 to 40 m². Each room offers a direct view of the sea. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, toilet, TV, internet, and Wi-Fi.
On the flat roof of the building, there is a 100 m² terrace with movable sunshades. The terrace features an outdoor hot tub for up to 6 adults, as well as sanitary facilities (shower and toilet).
A special advantage of this level is the bar with a coffee machine, as well as a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
In the decorated basement, there is a sauna for 6 to 8 adults, a hot tub for up to 6 adults, a massage room, and a wine cellar featuring the most renowned Croatian and Spanish wineries.
Within Villa Anto, there is a beautiful park with olive trees and Dalmatian plants such as sage, immortelle, rosemary, thyme, lemon, pomegranate, and mandarin.
Inside the building, there is a parking lot of 500 m² that can accommodate up to 12 vehicles.
